Responsibilities

Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role and aligned to the broader organization's goals. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development, provide feedback and coaching.
Develop scalable, cross-domain automated test frameworks to minimize script-writing overhead, while driving cross-functional technical coordination to build the device lab for automated scheduling and establish quality dashboards for cross-team data visualization.
Review code developed by others and provide feedback to ensure best practices such as style guidelines, checking code accuracy, testability and efficiency.
Build AI tools to optimize engineer workflows (e.g., AI-generated code, automated unit test generation), create AI agents to automatically triage bugs and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Focus on system-level optimization, driver debugging, and underlying architecture design (Android/Linux) to eliminate performance bottlenecks.
