We are seeking an experienced Electrical Assistant / Project Manager to lead and deliver district cooling / chiller plant projects. You will play a key role in managing project execution from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, cost, quality, and safety targets are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities:

Manage assigned projects, including planning, scheduling, execution, and coordination of all project phases.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Coordinate with internal departments, clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors to review designs and implement recovery plans promptly.
Assist the Project Manager in contract administration, including claims, variations, disputes, and final accounts.
Provide on-the-job training to new project staff, monitor performance, and offer guidance during work execution.
Prepare and submit regular management reports on project progress, timelines, and targets.
Oversee safety compliance for assigned projects and ensure all activities adhere to MOM Workplace Safety and Health Act (WSHA) requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in M&E services.
Strong knowledge of applicable codes of practice for building services.
Working knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
Certified in Building Construction Safety Supervisor Course.
Strong technical competency in electrical and M&E project scope.
