Responsibilities:

Lead and execute IPO, M&A, and corporate finance advisory transactions
Drive deal origination efforts and support business development initiatives
Manage due diligence processes and resolve complex transaction issues
Review and oversee preparation of prospectuses, circulars, and transaction documentation
Liaise with clients, lawyers, auditors, regulators, and other professional parties
Ensure compliance with SGX, MAS, and internal regulatory requirements
Participate in SGX Catalist continuing sponsorship activities
Mentor and guide junior investment banking professionals

Requirements:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Banking & Finance, or related disciplines
CMFAS RES 4 / M4A certified and registered representative status preferred
At least 8 years of relevant corporate finance or investment banking experience
Track record in successful IPO and/or M&A transactions, preferably with SGX listing exposure
Strong execution capabilities, commercial acumen, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
