Peirce Capital is a MAS-licensed fund management company. We are hiring a Fund Operation Manager to join us in our growth journey. We are looking for one to help drive operational process, manage the operational matters and work closely with our counterparties in Peirce Capital.

Role & Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day fund operations to ensure efficient workflows and seamless coordination across stakeholders.
Support and ongoing follow on funds day-to-day operational needs, working closely with different functional partners (such as, Compliance, Fund Administrator and etc) on Investor onboarding (KYC/AML),processing subscription and redemption transactions, NAV reports, investors notices, bank accounts opening for Funds, financial statements, tax reporting, regulatory reports /compliance filings, etc, in line with fund guidelines and regulatory standards and support the business growth.
Liaise proactively with service providers to resolve operational issue, and play an active role in performance and progress real-time monitoring, ensuring a seamless operational flows.
Maintain accurate documentation records, in line with regulatory and audit requirements.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and mitigate operational risks.
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in fund operations or financial services
Basic understanding of fund-related or financial industry regulatory and compliance requirements
Strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), PDF, AI tools.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
