The Role

This position will be responsible for the full spectrum of finance functions in accordance with statutory requirements, company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

Assist with monthly financial closing, preparation of journals, audit schedules, bank reconciliation, preparation of financial results/management reports/annual financial statements
Assist in analysis of financial results; preparation of forecasting and budgeting exercises
Assist with audit and tax information preparation; liaise with auditors and tax agents for year-end audit and Corporate tax/GST filing/compliance
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
Assist with other ad-hoc assignments such as UAT and data migration verification as and when required
Provide technical guidance to junior staff

Job Requirements

Degree in Accountancy/Finance and/or Professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA
Minimum 8 years relevant experience in accounting, preferably in real estate industry
Well-versed in SFRS(I) and other accounting regulatory requirements
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP, Blackline, BPC and Tagetik, Power BI system(s) and/or good real estate knowledge would have an added advantage
Highly meticulous, analytical, and detail‑oriented, with the ability to work independently
Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of delivering high‑quality work under tight timelines
