A leading integrated environmental services provider in Singapore is seeking a proactive and driven Procurement Manager / Executive to support operational excellence and drive transformation through technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, negotiation, and supplier selection

. Identify, evaluate, and source advanced equipment, automation solutions, and smart technologies to enhance productivity and reduce reliance on manual labour

. Support initiatives to address challenges of an ageing workforce through mechanisation and digitalisation

. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to introduce innovative solutions that improve efficiency

. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, including equipment suppliers and technology providers

. Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual terms

. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials and equipment

. Drive cost optimisation while balancing quality, sustainability, and innovation

. Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements

. Prepare reports on purchasing trends, cost savings, and supplier performance

. Support tender submissions and contract management

Requirements

. Diploma / Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

. Minimum 2-5 years of relevant procurement experience (Manager role requires more experience)

. Exposure to equipment sourcing, automation, or technology procurement is highly advantageous

. Experience in environmental services, facilities management, or related industries is a plus

. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills

. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities

. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

. Familiarity with procurement systems/ERP is an added advantage
