Job Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Coordination

Collect system/website/ application issues impacting client trading experience from sales teams or relevant stakeholders and translate them into structured technical requirements for Backend teams.
Maintain continuous stakeholder communication by providing timely and transparent updates on request status, progress, and expected resolution timelines.
Coordinate escalation of complex, high-impact, or time-sensitive issues to senior management, ensuring proper prioritization and swift resolution.
Facilitate cross-department alignment discussions when requirements involve multiple stakeholders or conflicting priorities.

Project Delivery & Lifecycle Management

Ensure optimization requests are properly documented with sufficient business context, impact assessment, and technical clarity before submission to backend teams.
Track and monitor the full end-to-end lifecycle of each optimization project, from submission to resolution, ensuring SLA adherence and process compliance.
Analyze operational effort across optimization projects, including time, manpower, and system resources, to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
Support backend and technical teams by providing business clarification, user scenarios, and requirement refinement to ensure accurate implementation.

Process Standardization & Improvement

Support the development and maintenance of tools, templates, workflows, and SOPs to enhance team efficiency, consistency, and scalability.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 2 years of working experience in backend operationsor project management, preferably in the forex industry, with a solid understanding of forex markets, financial products and services, trading operations, etc.
Excellent proficiency in both verbal and written Chinese and English.
Strong project management and organizational abilities, with proven capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with high quality.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
