About The Role

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented People Operations Associate to join our Singapore People team on a 2-year fixed term contract. This role is ideal for someone with a foundation in HR operations who is ready to take ownership of day-to-day HR processes while supporting regional People initiatives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee experience
Maintain accurate and organized employee records and HR systems
Prepare and update HR documents such as contracts, letters, and checklists in line with internal templates and compliance requirements
Support benefits administration and coordinate with external vendors where needed
Assist in implementing employee engagement and wellness activities
Assist with payroll as required
Ensure timely processing of employee changes (e.g., transfers, promotions, extensions) in HR systems
Support continuous improvement of HR processes and documentation
Provide ad hoc support to People team projects and regional HR initiatives

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
At least 1 year of relevant HR experience, preferably in operations
Strong organizational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Eager to learn and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with HR systems/tools
Available to commit to a 2 year full-time fixed term contract
