The Opportunity

As part of EY Supply Chain & Operations Consulting, you will help clients transform their planning capabilities through leading-edge supply chain planning solutions. We are seeking experienced professionals with strong expertise in Demand Planning, Replenishment Planning, and RELEX Solutions implementation to support large-scale transformation programs across retail, consumer products, wholesale, and distribution industries.

You will work with leading organizations to design, implement, and optimize integrated planning processes, leveraging RELEX to improve forecast accuracy, inventory productivity, service levels, and operational efficiency. This is an opportunity to work on complex business transformations while building deep expertise in one of the fastest-growing supply chain planning platforms globally.

Your Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end RELEX implementation projects, including discovery, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare support.
Design and optimize Demand Planning and Replenishment Planning processes aligned with client business objectives.
Facilitate business workshops to gather requirements, define future-state processes, and develop planning operating models.
Configure and validate RELEX forecasting, replenishment, inventory optimization, allocation, and promotion planning capabilities.
Support integration design between RELEX and enterprise systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP CAR, ERP platforms, POS systems, WMS, and data platforms.
Analyze planning performance and recommend improvements to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, availability, and waste reduction.
Develop functional specifications, solution designs, process documentation, and testing artefacts.
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), training, change management, and business adoption activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, merchandising, store operations, logistics, and IT.
Manage workstreams, project plans, risks, issues, and status reporting while ensuring high-quality client delivery.
Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional value creation across planning and supply chain transformation initiatives.

Strong functional expertise in Retail and Supply Chain Planning.
Deep understanding of forecasting, demand planning, replenishment planning, inventory management, and supply planning processes.
Experience translating business requirements into RELEX solution capabilities.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset.
Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related discipline.
6+ years of experience in supply chain planning, consulting, or transformation programs.
Strong functional expertise in:

Demand Planning
Forecasting
Inventory Management
Replenishment Planning
Retail Supply Chain Planning

Hands-on RELEX implementation experience with at least 2–3 full-cycle implementations involving Demand Planning and/or Replenishment Planning modules.
Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Strong understanding of retail planning processes across stores, distribution centers, and omni-channel operations.
Experience integrating planning solutions with ERP and operational systems.
Proven client-facing consulting experience and stakeholder management capabilities.

Ideally, You'll Also Have

Experience working with large retailers, grocers, consumer products, or distribution organizations.
Expertise in following areas:

Demand Forecasting
Replenishment Planning
Inventory Optimization
Promotion Planning

Exposure on integration with following areas:

Assortment Planning
Allocation Planning
S&OP / IBP
Retail Operations and Merchandising

Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, Relex or other planning platforms.
Experience with data analytics, master data governance, and planning KPIs.
Exposure to cloud-based planning solutions and enterprise integration architectures.
Project leadership or workstream management experience.
