The role will support the business development of bancassurance partnership, driving effective initiative implementation to support business growth through collaboration with partners, and ensuring the effective integration of our insurance products within partner channels.

Job Responsibility

Drive the implementation of partnership strategies to maximise value creation and revenue generation for the company and the partners
Manage daytoday relationships with partners as a key contact point to ensure timely execution of partner initiatives and effective execution of product, sales and marketing initiatives.
Coordinate the integration of insurance products and services into partner distribution ecosystems including digital platform, frontline training and operational processes.
Collaborate with internal teams (such as product, compliance, and marketing) to support seamless partnership delivery
Support partnership strategy development and annual business planning with partners to drive the business growth and achieve agreed KPIs.
Monitor partnership performance, analyze key metrics, and report on outcomes to senior management

Job Requirement

University graduate, preferably in business discipline.
Minimum 6-8 years of working experience in insurance/banking/ financial services sector with exposure to partnership management, bancassurance, or business development
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Sound understanding of insurance products, banking distribution models, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
Efficient MS application and Chinese input
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
