Our Residential Projects team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director to join and contribute to the team.

What You'll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, owners , developers and tenants within the Residential space ensuring regular lead generation
Generating business in leasing, selling and purchasing residential properties on behalf of owners and tenants
Recognising client needs and expectations and responding to these efficiently and professionally
Conduct site inspections to assess viability and potential
Continuously source business through networking, organising marketing and preparing pitch proposals
Building a solid track record in your market hitting revenue targets and leading from the front
Preferably with experience connecting with the residential network and authorities, where familiarity with local policies will be an advantage.
Any other responsibilities from client instructions and business initiatives

What You'll Need

Minimum of 8-10 years experience in real estate sales and leasing with in-depth knowledge of the Singapore market
Experience and knowledge of the Residential sector, preferably in the high-end/luxury segment
Candidate must possess a real estate CEA license
Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills and consistent sales performance
Excellent client relationship management skills
Bilingual, with Mandarin-speaking ability preferred due to proximity to Mandarin-speaking clients
Superior organizational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and teams
A strong work ethic, and willingness to work hard and cohesively in a team
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients
