Role Summary/Purpose:

Manager, Digital Analytics (Individual Contributor) role is a part of India Analytics Hub (IAH). Our Analytics team comprises of data analysts who focus on improving customer/product/digital/ journey experience etc. and growth by providing full stack descriptive to prescriptive analytics via cutting edge technologies to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation of analytical, marketing technologies, and media tags across Synchrony digital platforms via tag management systems
Deliver independently on providing requirements, testing and validation working with agile teams and other cross functional platforms
Adherence to timely delivery, accuracy and documentation in line with Audit Procedures
Mentor/ Guide team members on tools, processes and participate in any internally hosted activities

Required Skills & Knowledge:

BS or MS in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or another quantitative field with 2+ years of hands-on Analytics experience (Distance learning not valid) or in lieu of a degree with 4+ years of experience
2+ years of hands-on Experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS or web design with ability to independently deliver on Tagging & Implementation projects
Hands-on experience in Tag management tools like Ensighten, Tealium, Adobe Launch
Comprehend key concepts & processes in Digital implementation ,translate them into quantitative attributes /metrics
Ability to write and decode advanced JavaScript adhering to evolving industry standards

Desired Skills & Knowledge:

2+ years of analytics experience in Financial Services Industry
Good to have working experience on both client side and server-side tagging
Knowledge on personalization tools and techniques like dynamic yield or BlueConic
Understanding on native app implementations

Eligibility Criteria :

Work Timings :

This role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time - 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally). This window is for meetings with India and US teams. The remaining hours will be flexible for the employee to choose. Exceptions may apply periodically due to business needs.
