Job description

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization to appoint a Senior Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive the adoption of AI-powered solutions across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the organization's technology vision, supporting business process reengineering and digital transformation initiatives, including AI strategy and implementation.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and business stakeholders, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency through technology and AI-driven solutions.
Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies, including AI agents, generative AI platforms, chatbots, knowledge management solutions, workflow automation, and system integration capabilities.
Work closely with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and application teams to establish technical requirements and develop scalable solution architectures.
Lead enterprise architecture planning and governance, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational standards, security requirements, and industry best practices.
Drive cross-functional digital initiatives and oversee the successful delivery of transformation projects across multiple business units.

Key Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10-15 years of experience in business systems, technology transformation, or digital initiatives, including at least 5-7 years in a leadership capacity.
Strong commercial and business acumen with proven experience delivering enterprise AI solutions and digital transformation projects.
Hands-on experience with leading technology platforms such as AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, OpenAI/ChatGPT, Feishu, or equivalent ecosystems.
Demonstrated track record in enterprise application environments, including ERP, property management, asset management, or other large-scale business systems.
Solid experience in data transformation, application integration, automation, and enterprise technology modernization programs.
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across executive, business, and technical teams.
